being given by two of the Students of the College at a trifling weekly charge in the Government elementary schools.
We suppose that a system of this kind must involve something like the establishment of Schools of say 60 boys each with a teacher and assistant teacher, and that this must necessitate
the appointment of apprentice teachers in such institutions as St Paul's College
which would thus assume the character
of training schools for Masters.
